Earls Colne Squash Club

League

The club operates an internal league, calculated and assessed on a monthly basis. This league consists of  a number of divisions (currently 7), normally containing 6 players each and all of whom play each other once in the month. Points are awarded for games won and lost and promotions/relegations decided accordingly. It is an ideal forum not only for the better players to play each other, but also for the less capable to enjoy opposition of their own standard whilst aspiring to the perhaps heady heights of a higher division!

In this example, Bob and Herren are promoted, Martina and Alan are relegated and Randy and Ali live to fight another day in division xxx! Any similarity in the names above to those of real-life players is, of course, coincidental!
